Exclusive and Non-Exclusive Brokerage Service

  • We are able to enter into fixed percentage fee brokerage agreements to help companies sell their surplus oil and gas equipment. We use our extensive contacts built up over more than 30 years of upstream oil and gas experience to promote the equipment. We put the buyer directly in touch with the seller and facilitate the final agreed transaction to the satisfaction of all parties. As a result of the exclusive brokerage arrangement it is much more efficient to get the parties communicating early on in the process to arrive at a swift conclusion. The buyers are vetted in advance to ensure a genuine interest and ability to transact exists. The fee for brokerage is a fixed percentage of the sum the seller receives after completing the transaction and is payable upon receipt of funds. Specific Equipment Search and Supply Service

  • We are able to supply a specific equipment sourcing service for a fixed percentage fee on the value of the goods. Clients specify the nature of the equipment they wish to source and we use our extensive network to locate appropriate equipment to meet the needs. The buyer is put into contact with the seller and we facilitate the transaction to the satisfaction of all parties.
